Anti-Angiogenesis: Cancer-Fighting Foods

An unhealthy diet is a proven cause of disease. In fact, three out of four Americans die every year from diet related diseases such as cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and diabetes.
So it’s exciting to see scientific research proving what natural health practitioners have told us for the last 2,400 years.

In this 20 minute video presentation William Li presents a new way to think about treating cancer and other diseases: anti-angiogenesis, preventing the growth of blood vessels that feed a tumor.

The crucial first (and best) step: Eating cancer-fighting foods that cut off the supply lines and beat cancer at its own game like: Blueberries, Tomatoes, Green Tea, Dark Chocolate, and Red Wine. Eating 5-9 servings of fruit and vegetables per day greatly reduces your risk for all diet related diseases.  This was a major part of my anti-cancer strategy.
I’ve found the easiest way to do this is by Juicing; eating
